*Sunday afternoon session

President Gordon B. Hinckley of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints concluded the conference by urging members to be better individuals.

"As we return to our homes, may we carry with us the spirit of this great convocation," President Hinckley said. "May what we have heard and experienced remain with us as a residual of love and peace, an attitude of repentance, as we stand a little taller in the radiant sunlight of the gospel."

President Hinckley expressed love for his wife, who did not attend because of health complications, and for those that have attended and adapted to her as well as for the members of the church.

"God be with you til we meet again," President Hinckley said.
