President Bonnie D. Parkin, newly-called President of the Relief Society General Presidency, acknowledged and thanked the efforts of the previous presidency and accepted the calling of President.

She then invited the young women of The Church of Jesus of Latter-day Saints to participate and feel accepted and wanted in Relief Society.

She concluded by saying, "If I could ask for one thing for the women of the Church, it is to feel the Love of the Savior."
